More Inversion Play
First time I did this too: tripod head stand and then took turns wrapping (eagle legs?) my legs around each other.
Inversion Play
So, this is the first time I’ve done whatever this is.
I did a vertical tripod stand, and from there, slowly lowered my legs and tried to hold them as long as possible horizontally. It felt good. I’ll do more later.
Today’s Harvest from my Deck-a-Garden:
Tomatoes and Chard
I cooked the chard for dinner w/garlic and black beans: Southwest-ish Greens & Beans.
(queue Superman movie theme)
It’s Super Tomato!
Well, it’s the biggest yet and pretty impressive considering it was grown in plastic container on my deck.
Yes, I’m a dork: I find all this gardening-on-my-deck stuff terribly exciting.
More Tomatoes!
and I rearranged the deck-a-garden - again.
It keeps getting bigger!
Sad news: my largest bell pepper was munched on by a squirrel. Fuck-nugget squirrel. Oh well. Longer to wait for more peppers.
Tomatoes!
I adore freshly picked tomatoes!
My deck-a-farm is really starting to produce. Yay!
First Baby Bell Pepper!
Bell Peppers are finally peppering -
My deck-a-garden is doing well!
Also pictured: grape tomatoes
Oh, Salad, how I missed thee…..
I really did. I could not wait to make a *real* Salad the way I like it!
This one is made with tomatoes and baby chard from my deck-a-garden and
Various other veggies w/chick peas & wheat berries all topped with a Vegan Caesar.
Wow, I feel better already.
