Tomatoes and Chard
I cooked the chard for dinner w/garlic and black beans: Southwest-ish Greens & Beans.
My first substantial Harvest!
The chard is ready! The chard is ready!
Chard sauteed with garlic and white beans atop a medley of brown rice, quinoa, and barley. Tomato with everything.
The raw chard did look much more pretty raw, but the cooked stuff sure is good!
