Nutty Spread (from Happy Herbivore) -
1 c beans (I used cannelini in the most recent pic, but most types are fine)
.25 c peanut butter
1 T agave syrup or raw sugar
.5 t cinnamon (or to taste)
Enough soy milk to make into a creamy spread
Combine in a food processor or mini-whizzer-chopper- thing
I love this recipe and I always have it on hand to put on toast, bananas, sliced apples, or……
