Inverted Leg/Thigh Stretches
Since I can’t really figure out how to balance without the wall, I put the wall to good use:
In a hand stand, I like to leave one foot flat against the wall while I move the other leg as forward (and down) as I can get it.  Try and hold and breath and hold, then switch legs.   Feels great to stretch.
