September Yoga Challenge! #freeyogis
Child’s pose is my happy, happy, happy place. I absolutely love it!
Day 2 of the #freeyogis September Challenge. Today’s word is #happyyogi i’ve done a #camelposevariation let’s be honest, it makes me so happy to see the progress i have made and to know this only means i can just keep on getting stronger and better at what i do. This pose shows the happy yogi in me knowing that 3 months ago it was one which i couldn’t stand doing because it hurt my back and now i can do it, hold it and even do variations. Yay! :D
Day 2 of Freeyogis flashmob and the tag of today is “Happyogi”.. So, where should I start.. Whole yoga practice is like a permanent place of calmness, happiness and observance of the world inside and outside yourself.. Tree pose from me today, three on the wind for second day of autumn 🙏 🙏🙏
#freeyogis day 2⃣: #happyyogi
Yoga has helped me find appreciation in life and in myself.
Sadly I missed the first day but on to the next.. Everything about yoga makes me happy. Both the physical and mental practice helps me find positivity, calmness, stability, strength, and a sense of peace.
Doing the bow pose (dhanurasana) makes me soo happy cuz it reminds me of my progress and consistency.
What makes you a #happyogi ? :)
day 2 of #freeyogis is #happyogi! as you can see here :D i am really happy i can touch my feet in this pose. a good year ago, i was the least flexible person on the entire planet. perhaps i could get my hands to my knees or a little futher but TO THE FEET? there was no way.
and now? look at me! :D
this makes me a happy yogi <3

This picture is not from today…BUT this was one of the funnest practices I have done! Two years ago my boyfriend and I went to Wrightsville Beach in NC with his family, and we took a roll of film at dusk on the beach with my practice. It was harder than I thought…
